XFree86 - about People and Technology

DETTE FOREDRAG MÅ DESVÆRRE AFLYSES PGA. SYGDOM

Dirk Hohndel
Every Open Source project revolves around two main centers: The people doing it, and the technology that it creates. This talk tries to combine both by telling about the history of XFree86 and the people behind the project, and about the current state of the technology and the challenges that it faces. So a good part of this talk will be interesting to everyone interested in Linux or Open Source. And some of it will require a bit of understanding what an X server is all about.

About Dirk Hohndel
